A: We are a manufacturer, have our own mold factory, and also trading office together. We can customize based on samples or drawings.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 3-5 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 5-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

Q: Do you provide samples? How many days for samples?

A: Yes, sure, sample orders are welcomed. Samples are free to charge is also possible, which depends on different situations. About 5-7 days and sent by UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, etc.

Q: What are your terms of payment?

A: It is better to use “Payment<=2000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=2000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance payment before shipment.” We also accept other payment methods: Western Union, Paypal, etc.

Q: What information should be provided before get the quotation?

A: For the solar panel cleaning brush, you should provide the details as follows: inner diameter, dry/wet outer diameter, length.  Of course, you also need to advise us your demand quantity.

Q: Can ODM? Do you do OEM?

A: Yes, we can customize based on customers’ requirements.
